Acoustica will never sell or give our customer or client information to third parties.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When ordering Acoustica software from any of our sites or partner sites, we collect the purchaser's name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill orders and provide notification of the order status.

When downloading and installing Acoustica software, if you enter your email address we will send you a follow up email a few days later. If you elected to be added to the company newsletter, you will be sent a confirmation signup email that will require you to reply to the message in order to be added to the newsletter. If you wish to be removed from the newsletter at any time, please go to this page. If you do not enter an email address, we log that an installation has been made so that we can track the number of installs.

How do 3rd party credit card processors protect customer information?

Customers who buy through Acoustica are shopping on a secure server hosted by Esellerate and other 3rd party credit card processors that encrypts all of the customer's personal information including name, address and credit card number. Encryption ensures that no one can access or use personal information in an unauthorized manner.

Regnow’s commerce system was developed in-house with security as its number one priority. This single entry point allows Acoustica/Regnow to maintain the tightest access control - eliminating (rather than closing) the backdoor.
