It fails to find a supported CD/DVD burner!

This is the worst problem to get with this software, because it is essentially useless if it cannot find a supported CD or DVD burner! There are a couple of things you can try, though.

  • If it is a USB or external burner, make sure it is plugged in and connected first!
  • Try switching burning engines. Click the Window's "Start" button, followed by "Programs", followed by "Acoustica Photos Forever", followed by "Config" and followed by "Use-IMAPI". If that doesn't work, go to the same area but this time choose "Use-Goldenhawk"
  • Sign up to the newsletter and wait for your CD or DVD burner to be supported. Acoustica will periodically update the burning engine when new CD or DVD burners are released to the market.
