Purchase by Postal Mail

To purchase by postal mail, simply follow these steps:

• Download and print an Acoustica Product Order Form.
• Fill in the product name(s) & associated product sku(s) you wish to order.
• Enter your name, email address, and shipping address (if applicable).
• Select your payment method. We accept personal check (US banks only), money orders (in US dollars only), and most major credit cards.
• If paying by credit card, please print and fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form and sign.
• If paying by personal checks or money order, please make them out to Acoustica, Inc. for full amount amount. Include sales tax (if you reside in California).
• Mail Acoustica Product Order Form and payment (personal check, money order, or Credit Card Authorization Form) to: Acoustica, Inc. PO Box 728 Oakhurst, CA 93644.
• Please allow ample time for delivery.
