Ripper Owens was the singer for Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductees "Judas Priest, from 1996-2003. He was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 1999, with the song "Bullet Train" from the Judas Priest album "Jugulator."
