Mixcraft 10.5 Updated with New Improvements and Fixes

This story has been updated to reflect the October 7th release of Build 621, a minor update to the more extensive Build 618.

What did we do during the summer break? A lot! Mixcraft 10.5 build 621 is now available with so many new fixes and features, we can't detail them all here. But here is a brief overview of the latest changes:

  • Many many fixes and stability improvements

  • Safe mode for VST3s (previously available for VST2 only)

  • New controller scripts

    • Akai APC Key25 MK2

    • Arturia Keylab Essential 49 MK3

    • Korg nanoKONTROL Studio

    • Nectar Impact LX

    • Nectar Panorama P1

    • Novation Launchkey 49 MK3

    • Novation Launchpad Pro MK3

    • Novation Launchpad X

  • Performance panel now defaults to one performance track per track. For those that want the older method, you can uncheck “Limit Tracks To One Performance Lane”. This was added to make performance panel/controller surface manipulation more sensible. Old projects with multiple performance tracks/lane will properly load

  • Timeline Select/Loop features - easy features to select time/loop between two markers

    • Select Time

    • Set Loop Region

The update is free for all Mixcraft 10.x users and available now through the Help menu or from the Version History page (which includes the full details). The Mixcraft 10.5 User Guide has also been updated.
